Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh
Ten kilometres on the Jaipur Agra highway, Sisodia Rani ka Bagh, a symbol of love, is a beautiful tourist attraction of Jaipur. Made in 1728, Sisodia Rani ka Bagh stands apart amongst the various royal gardens that are dotted in and around Jaipur.
Raja Sawai Jai Singh had these gardens made and he presented it to his beloved queen. She was the daughter of the Sisodia family of Udaipur, hence this name of the gardens. Although it is built in the Mughal architectural style, the theme of Sisodia Rani ka Bagh is the love story of Radha and Krishna.
Sisodia Rani ka Bagh was used as a place to relax by the Queen of Jaipur. A large range of seasonal and evergreen plants and flowers, layered gardens, frescoes, fountains and painted pavilions make it a beautiful place fit for a queen to enjoy.
Nature lovers and tourists alike come to enjoy the charms of Sisodia Rani ka Bagh. To experience the multifarious charms of Jaipur, include Sisodia Rani ka Bagh in your itinerary along with the forts and palaces.
