This 1930 structure was built by Thakur Jai Singh Ji as a club house for the Mandawa family. The entire resort is built in the colonial style. It houses a tennis court, croquet lawn, billiard table and even a swimming pool. Although the Jai Niwas Resort has only eight independent cottages, but these are maintained in a way to keep each cottage as true to the original as possible. It provides excellent facilities for camel and horse rides, jeep safaris, gala dinners,
puppet shows and folk dances.
